Headoffice is primarily in charge of Sales, Human Resources, Sample Developments, Procurement, Logistics, and Financial Management. In the meanwhile, it plays a vital role of co-ordinating and monitoring factories in overseas in terms of detailed production plan to ensure on-time deliveries and best quality satisfactions.

Development Department / Sample Room Product Development Department is in the Headoffice in Taiwan. In order to speed up the production process and reduce the transition time in between development and mass production, Development Departments and Sample rooms are also established in factories onsite. Laboratory In-house laboratories are set up in factories to ensure strict control of shoe quality. The examined items are dependent upon nature of material and type of shoes. GORE-TEX We are qualified to perform procedures required by GORE-TEX to produce the level of water resistance products.   BSCI - amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) is a certificate representing we value social and environmental responsibilities which we are able to put our effort. CSA certification CSA (Canadian Standards Association) is a mandatory certification when exporting goods to Cangbgada. Factory obtains CSA certificate on a yearly basis for the Work Safety Shoes made.
